Title: “5 Years Out: My Path from Grad School to Pharma”

Description: Andrew graduated from Pitt in 2015 from the MGDB program studying stem cells for corneal wound healing under Jim Funderburgh. He then left Pittsburgh for a Postdoc at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts Eye and Ear. After a year, he transitioned to pharma as a medical writer for a contract research organization specializing in ophthalmic drug development. Andrew now work in regulatory affairs and operations for a small pharmaceutical company in the Boston area.
